Guns N Gear is an internet based store only, we do not have a physical
shop to visit and DO NOT offer a pickup service. All our products are
displayed online and are updated regularly, we DO NOT have brochures
or other printed material of our products. Everything we offer can be
viewed online and purchased online.
An Important Notice To All
Customers.
It is very important that when
placing orders that you double check your email address is correct.
Without a correct email address your orders may be delayed and in
some cases not processed as our system cannot forward payment
details to you.
Please, please make sure the email address is correct.

Payment Options
We offer several payment
options
Option 1: Paypal. This option allows you
to use your Credit Card (Click the Paypal Option in the Checkout )
Option 2: Direct Deposit: Either online banking transfer or over the
counter transfer at most banks.
Goods will be sent as soon as funds have cleared.
( Click on the email option in the checkout, you will be
sent direct deposit details when your order is received )
PLEASE NOTE:
ORDERS REQUESTING THE DIRECT DEPOSIT OPTION THAT ARE NOT FINALIZED
WITH FULL PAYMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING PAYMENT DIRECTIONS WILL
BE CANCELLED.
WE ARE ENCOUNTERING AN INCREASING NUMBER OF ORDERS BEING PLACED WHICH
TIES UP STOCK WITH NO PAYMENTS BEING RECEIVED.
We no longer accept Cheques as payment, due to the
slow response of people sending them after placing orders and the
frustratingly long bank clearance delays.
We do not accept Direct Credit Card Payments
due to the high cost of transaction fees.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS CAN BE PLACED USING THE PAY PAL SYSTEM, YOU
DO NEED A PAY PAL ACCOUNT TO USE THE SYSTEM.

Shipping
Information
All orders are shipped by Australia Post either by Express Post Satchel or for larger
items by Registered Post.
Shipping Costs include actual postal charges, express post satchel
costs and registered post costs where applicable.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We CANNOT put special delivery instructions on any items sent by
Australia Post.
i.e. "Please leave at reception" OR "Call Bob, if no answer leave
at backdoor"
IF your order requires special instructions for delivery please
contact us and we can quote shipping costs by TNT Express for door to
door delivery.
Orders that exceed the Australia Post maximum weight limit or package
size will be shipped via TNT Road Express. We DO NOT send orders by
"Cheaper" Standard Parcel Post as there is no means of tracking the
order and unfortunately it is possible for parcels to "Go Missing".
If you insist on having your order sent Standard parcel post, although
we take all care we WILL NOT be liable for lost or stolen parcels.
In most cases orders will processed and shipped within 24 hours for
items that are in Stock.
Effective
immediately all order paid for using Paypal will only be posted to a
verified address directly associated with the Paypal account holder,
this is due to instances of people attempting to make purchases by
fraudulently using another persons Paypal account. We will not send
orders to a third person without proof of identification.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs are
Automatically calculated at Checkout when the order and shipping
details have been submitted. As shipping costs are calculated on
specific delivery addresses we cannot "estimate" costs as this will
more than often differ from the actual costs charged.

RETURNS POLICY
We will provide replacement
or refund on any faulty items due to manufacturing faults or
workmanship.
We do not
exchange or refund for items that have been special ordered in or for
items incorrectly ordered. It is the purchases responsibility to
ensure the items ordered are correct for the application.

WE ARE AN AUSTRALIAN BASED AND OWNED COMPANY AND DUE TO HIGH SHIPPING
COSTS AND EXPORT RESTRICTIONS WE ONLY SHIP GOODS WITHIN AUSTRALIA AND
ITS TERRITORIES.
As per Australian firearms legislation we are not able to supply any
restricted firearms parts and accessories.
This includes High Cap mags, folding stocks, sound suppression devices
and any other item restricted under federal law. Please don't ask, it
won't happen.
